Terry C. ONeal is nefarious in the killing of Nicole Anderson because he was not supposed to be driving in the first place to the pizzeria. Terry went to the pizzeria somewhere he was not supposed to go. Terry ONeal also admitted when he was speeding. Also the roll everywhere venture of his car is 38% which is 10 more than regular trucks so he should know that his actions were dangerous to himself, passengers, and others on the road.
